How much does it actually cost?
The monthly fee is what you pay. Core is $300/month per location. Plus is $500/month. If you exceed your included calls, texts, or emails, the overage rates are listed on each tier. We will not charge you more than your monthly subscription fee unless we get your permission first.
Is there really no setup fee?
Correct. We build your AI phone agent, connect your systems, and manage everything — no setup fee on any tier. You pay the monthly subscription and that's it.
Can I try it before I commit?
Yes. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. You get a fully functional AI phone agent built for your business. If it's not right for you, walk away — no charge, no questions.
Am I locked into a long contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime. When you pay, you're only paying for the next month. No annual contracts, no cancellation fees, no 20-year commitments.
What if I go over my usage limit?
We'll reach out before billing any overages. You can choose to pay the per-unit rate ($0.38/call on Core, $0.31/call on Plus) or upgrade to a higher tier. We will never auto-charge you for overages without talking to you first.

How do I cancel?
